Specific General Conditions for Massages
- . Cancellation of Appointments and Delays
- Any appointment not cancelled by phone or rescheduled less than 3 days before the scheduled date will be subject to a flat fee of €35, covering the room rental costs and administrative formalities. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the total amount will be due.
- In case of no-show without prior notice, the appointment will be considered due, and the practitioner reserves the right to refuse any future appointment.
- In case of a delay of less than 30 minutes, the session may be maintained, subject to a possible reduction in the duration of the treatment.
- However, beyond 30 minutes of delay, the appointment will be cancelled and billed in full.
- Payment for the service must be made at the beginning of the appointment either by QR code or in cash.
- Inappropriate Behaviour, Use of Psychotropic Substances and Hygiene
- Great importance is attached to hygiene during services. The recipient is expected to arrive clean and well-groomed to ensure a healthy and respectful environment. In case of failure to meet these obvious hygiene standards, the practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment. In this case, the total amount of the session remains payable. Note that for shiatsu sessions, it is imperative to wear clean and flexible clothing, preferably cotton, such as pyjamas or leggings with a t-shirt, as well as clean socks. This attire allows for better practice and ensures the comfort of the recipient during the session.
- Any inappropriate request from you, particularly requests for services outside the strict scope of care, will result in the immediate end of the session and full payment of the practitioner's fees.
- Any inappropriate behaviour, such as an attempt at contact, inappropriate attire, explicit or aggressive behaviour, will result in the immediate end of the session and full payment will be due, along with a potential complaint being filed.
- In case of consumption of psychotropic substances, such as alcohol, drugs (including cannabis), or medications altering your state of consciousness, the session may be cancelled by the practitioner and the total amount will remain due.
- In case of contagious illness (including: COVID, flu, ringworm, scabies, herpes, chickenpox, measles, rubella... non-exhaustive list), it is imperative to cancel your appointment and not attend the session. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone showing obvious signs of contagious illness. In case of cancellation due to contagious illness, upon presentation of a medical certificate, the session fees will be waived and no charges will be incurred. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact Anne Platteuw.

Specific General Conditions for Yoga Classes
- Reservations, Delays, and Cancellations
- Classes must be booked online. Participants who have made a reservation have priority over those who show up without a reservation. The number of participants is limited to a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 12 people.
- Any class booked and not cancelled at least 12 hours in advance may be charged.
- Any booking of an individual or group session can be cancelled by An’massté up to two hours before the scheduled time by phone or email to the participant(s). In case of cancellation by An’massté, the class will not be counted.
- Private classes must be booked in advance by contacting Anne Platteuw by phone or whatsapp. The availability of these classes depends on Anne Platteuw’s schedule and the availability of the room. It is recommended to plan private classes with reasonable notice to ensure adequate availability.
- Punctuality is essential for the smooth running of yoga classes. Participants are requested to arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time to prepare their equipment. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, access to the class may be denied. This measure aims to avoid disrupting the class in progress and to minimise the risk of injury that could result from practicing without prior warm-up. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Validity of the 10-Class Card
- The card is valid for 4 months from its first use. It can be extended in case of a medical certificate or for compelling reasons.
- In case of interruption on your part without valid reason, the card is non-refundable.
- The validity of compelling reasons is left to the discretion of An’massté. The 10-class card is strictly personal. However, it can be used to invite a relative during your participation in a class. It cannot be transferred or resold.
- Medical Certificate and Liability
- The participant acknowledges having a perfect understanding of the nature of the physical exercises practiced in the yoga classes offered by An’massté, and certifies on their honour that their physical constitution and state of health allow them to participate in these physical activities.
- The participant releases An’massté, its managers, and members from any claim or legal action related to injuries or damages caused in any way whatsoever resulting from or in connection with the activity performed. The participant agrees to assume all risks and consequences related to the yoga activity.
- In any case, the participant undertakes to inform An’massté of their medical history and to provide a medical certificate less than three months old when required. If the medical certificate indicates that the participant is not fit to practice yoga, An’massté reserves the right to terminate the contractual relationship without notice or compensation towards the participant, who will be refunded for unused services.
- Safety Instructions
- An’massté’s liability cannot be engaged in case of an accident resulting from non-compliance with the safety instructions given by the instructors, or from the inappropriate use of equipment or other facilities.
- Hygiene
- For hygiene reasons, each participant is requested to bring their own equipment for classes, including a yoga mat and a water bottle. It is also recommended to bring any other equipment or accessory that the participant may find useful, such as blocks, straps, a blanket, etc.
- To ensure a clean and respectful environment, each participant is expected to maintain basic hygiene during yoga classes. It is recommended to use a clean towel on the yoga mat to avoid direct contact with the surface. Additionally, it is advisable to bring a personal towel to wipe off if necessary. These simple practices contribute to the well-being of all participants and the smooth running of sessions.
